Tax structure
No state tax is levied on Delaware, New York and Nevada LLCs offshore profits. The resident members are however taxable on income generated within the United States. As the tax structure for US-based LLCs is rather complex, we advise you to get the assistance of an US-based tax consultant.

Names of a Delaware, New York or Nevada LLC owners are shown on the incorporation documents but are not accessible from the public record. Nominee services are available for additional confidentiality.
