Project Financing

Sinoinvest Consulting helps Chinese companies with their international project financing needs, either through equity or debt. Through a carefully designed program, we help our clients build the fundation that will make them attractive to potential international, private equity, investment fund or other international finance organizations.

For a typical project financing deal, our services will include:
-Reviewing the business and financial plans, cash flow projections.
-Assessing the right financing mix.
-Preparing the feasibility, viability and valuation reports.
-Executing due diligence and prepare an initial due diligence report.
-Providing advisory services in order to establish a solid reputation for international investors.
-Setting up a comprehensive promotion plan, and initiate contact with potential investors. This is done in partnership with key partners in Europe and North America.
-Follow up with potential investors and assist with the negotations until the final agreement and the signature of the letter of intent.

Our pricing structure includes a retainer fee, to be paid at the beginning of the project, overseas promotion fees as well as a commission on the investment that is eventually obtained by the client. The typical project would take one to two years between the signature of the agreement with us, and the signature of the investment agreement with the foreign investor.

The industries we focus on are commercial real estate, infrastructure, energy and large scale manufacturing.
