Offshore Companies

SINOINVEST helps individuals and private companies register companies in offshore jurisdictions worldwide. All incorporation are completed by our registered agents, legally registered with the government in the country of incorporation.

We provide a door-to-door service. Your incorporation documents will be sent to your address by DHL/TNT/Fedex. You also have the option to pick them up at our office. In most cases you will have your offshore company registered and the documents received within 10~15 days.

The incorporation process

Althouth the process might differ a little bit depending of the jurisdiction, offshore companies can be registered through SINOINVEST according to the following steps:
1-Filling the application form, and send back with passport copy of shareholders/directors and payment receipt by fax or by email (scan)
2-Company name search and confirmation by us. We prepare the memorandum and articles and incorporation, and send them to client.
3-Signing the memorandum and articles of incorporation, and sending them back to our office.
4-When registration is complete, company kit is sent to your address or can be picked up at our office.
