China Invoicing

We provide China invoicing and tax receipts (fapiaos) related services to clients not yet incorporated in China. Your Chinese clients send their payments to us, we issue the official tax receipt/fapiao to them and then transfer you the funds after deducting our services fees, either in RMB here in China, or in foreign currency from our Hong Kong account or even Paypal. The service fee is calculated as a percentage of the total invoiced amount, which is determined taking into factor several factor including the type of service, the amount received etc.

This service is primarily provided to our clients who are in the process of incorporating in China or have set up an offshore company through us. Other cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you are interested in this service.

At this point, we are only able to provide invoices/receipts for services companies (consulting, IT etc.). Receipts for physical goods or merchandise sales are not available.

Finally, for clients based in China or overseas, we provide re-invoicing services using Hong Kong and other offshore companies as tax optimization vehicles. This can be done either on a one-time or long-term contract basis. Contact us today for further discussions.
