About Us

Sinoinvest Consulting (Chinese name 亮桥商务咨询(上海)有限公司) is a fast-growing professional service company based with offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Shenzhen. We have consultants with 5~8 years in the offshore incorporation and investment consulting industries. We serve primarily clients located in Shanghai, Beijing, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Yiwu and other cities in mainland China, but an increasing volume of our business is done with business customers located overseas.

In mainland China, we already have offices in Shanghai and Shenzhen, with plans to open shop in Beijing and Chongqing by the end of the year. We are however already well represented in most of the main Chinese cities through dedicated partners.

Sinoinvest Consulting works closely with over 30 international partners in China, Hong Kong, BVI, Mauritius, Seychelles, Panama, Marshall Islands, the US, United Kingdom, Cyprus etc., including law firms, attorneys, accounting practices, certified incorporation companies, banks etc. We strive to provide world-class incorporation and investment consulting services to our clients both in China and overseas.
